Hey Hesby Families-
First off, we want to thank you for your patience as we navigated rescheduling the Monster Mash. This was a first for us so we really
appreciate everyone’s support and understanding.
Monster Mash will now be the HOLIDAY SPOOKTACULAR on DECEMBER 6, 2019. We understand that with this date change, there may be families who are unable to attend on this new date, but have already purchased wristbands. If you are unable to attend on December 6, please email Alexis Koczara directly at afkoczara@gmail.com so she can make sure you are refunded properly. Refunds will be available for those that need them until 8:15 a.m. on Friday, December 6. We will not process refunds after this time.
There will be new wristbands for the Holiday Spooktacular. During the week of December 2 – December 6, you may bring to Alexis your old wristbands and she will swap them out for new ones. They will also be available for purchase that week at dropoff. If you purchased wristband(s) during the pre-sale, but did not pick them up, don’t worry – we have record of that and will just give you the new ones the week of the Spooktacular.
